Order Processing
We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible—typically within 3 business days of your purchase.

Customs & Duties
Orders shipped within the UK generally do not incur additional customs fees. For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or Stolen Packages
While we do our best to ensure smooth and timely delivery, we are not responsible for packages once they have left our warehouse. For delivery issues, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.

Delivery Issues
If you're in the UK and your order does not arrive within 20 business days, please get in touch with us. We'll be happy to issue you a full refund. This is unless it the shipping carrier have issued a delay it is best to contact them in this case.

For orders outside of the UK please give it at least a week longer than the UK deadline, if your order is still not there within that time please get in touch we can issue a full refund.

Estimated Delivery Times
For orders within the United Kingdom, delivery is estimated to take 5–14 days after your order has been processed. Please note that unexpected delays—such as adverse weather or courier disruptions—may occasionally occur.

For orders outside of the United Kingdom. delivery can take longer even up to 2-3 weeks after your order has been placed. Please note that unexpected delays—such as adverse weather or courier disruptions—may occasionally occur.
